Yes Wackey is spelled 'wrong' but that is the way it must be. For Budgies are insane in a far different way. It does not suffice to call them wacky. No, a far more insane word must be created. and so rose to life the word wackey. It is not a typo but more a word to describe all budgies, especially the incredibly insane, sometimes dumb, but always lovable birds below.
